Oncology Training
It is my pleasure to be part of the Oncology Training International team, a group of spa, medical and wellness practitioners who have a common goal: to help people with disease-related changes that can affect their body image and physical appearance during treatment. I work closely with Morag Currin, the Founder, International Director and Educator of Oncology Training International, when she is in NZ, and having taken part in extensive training am delighted to offer aesthetic services to people affected by cancer. For women particularly, a cancer diagnosis forces them to confront aggressive treatment side effects that can result in important changes to their physical appearance. I fully believe in an integrative approach to cancer care, one that takes into consideration the importance of the dimensions of femininity and identity, which will help them regain a positive relationship with their body. As an OTI practitioner I can tailor an aesthetic care programme to help alleviate the changes people may experience during their cancer treatment. I welcome your enquiry.
